In my experience it's been Unjury, the basically medical protein powder. I like the unflavored kind so you can mix it in anything, hot or cold, and it has no real taste to it, just adds protein to whatever you want. www.unjury.com unflavored unjury: 90 calories for 1 scoop or a packet 0g fat 0g sugar 0g carbs 21g protein

I was told by a woman who lost alot of weight that the way she fixed the arm issue was building up muscle in her arms and when I saw her there was no flab just a decent amount of muscle, so if that muscle is using that skin to go around it, there would be little to no space for hanging skin there I would guess. :)

Yeah i am 5'7" and it says I should weigh from 120 to 150, I don't think that 120 area would look good on me in any way shape or form, I found this site that gives you different ideal weights based on different factors. My goal is in the 145 lbs range with a decent amount of muscle. http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.htm

It's up to you. Your doctor will tell you basically if you worked out before you got pregnant then you can do it while you're pregnant. Don't allow yourself to gain more weight then that chart in the doctors office tells you a body should gain for a baby, for an average weight woman it was like 15 pounds. Don't gain excess…
