Merrell barefoot runners, got mine for $65. In love with how they feel.

Diet got me to skinny fat, lifting is fixing that.

The poster said..."When eating at a deficit". You can't store negative calories, if you are able to do so, drive yourself to the nearest medical facility and explain you are a biological anomaly and must be studied asap.

Surprisingly no, ended up losing more weight in Dec than in Nov.

My breasts went from 39" to 34" with cardio only weight loss. I regained some weight (17lbs) and decided to focus on strength training and little cardio. Started again with a 39" bust but this time I've only lost 1". Despite my waist being 2" smaller than I had been at this exact weight. It wasn't that I felt my breasts…

5 from size 14 to size 4. Lost 32 lbs so far, that's 6.5lbs per size

Oh no I'm not on maintenance by far. I'm still losing, my weigh in is tomorrow and my loss for this past month will be 5lbs. I've got a tentative goal of 120lbs. Just from experience not NETTING at least 1200 is going to make it hard to sustain over a long period of time. I'm not a happy woman when I'm hungry lol

5'2.5 131lbs and my NET can be anywhere from 1300 to 1600 depending on what I'm doing that day. 1300 is really only on Sunday when I'm sitting on my butt all day. I'm not big on cardio, it makes me skinny fat, so that is limited to 30min 3x a week. I do love lifting and that is what I do on Mon Wed Fri for 1hr. That's…

Thank you QuietBloom and zerryz  There are some interesting studies going on with Ketogenic diets and it's affect on advanced tumors. Who knows our experience at Mayo may help someone in the future.

Definitely use a measuring tape. I have kept a log since the start and it keeps me motivated to see the inches lost. It also makes it easy to compare what works and what doesn't for me. My goal weight was 110lbs and I did at one point get down to 116lbs with mainly cardio, but I hated my body composition. Now I'm shooting…

I've done P90x and I'm heavy lifting now. I keep a measurement log and here is my results from both at almost the exact weight. P90x @ 131.8 lbs. I came down from 143.4 in 3 months Bust 36.5 Waist 29.5 Hips 38.75 Today with heavy lifting @ 132.2lbs Bust 38.5 Waist 27.75 Hips 38.5 I regained weight this past year when my…

I'm cheap and there is a stack of perfectly good jeans in my closet. My goal weight is whatever allows me to fit my *kitten* back in those jeans. This will probably be 10lbs heavier than the 110lb I weighed when they last fit. Thanks to heavy lifting shrinking inches faster than cardio alone.

I eat Keto, because my husband has inoperable stage IV cancer and his Oncologist at the Mayo Clinic wanted him to go on the diet. Obviously not for weight loss. Life is complicated enough right now so it was just easier for me to eat what he eats. As he has been on Keto longer his sleep has returned to normal, his appetite…

I have both, the Ninja was great for protein shakes and soft fruit only smoothies. However I started incorporating Green Smoothies into my diet and found it did not do veggies well at all. For green smoothies I always my Nutribullet. About the only advantage the Ninja has is that you can make more than one smoothie at a…

Yes, DOWN a pound from the day before...say whaa? OMG Dutch butter cookies have magical powers!!

Standard hourglass is 10" or more difference

Not sure if you are familiar with them, but Bravissimo carries a very wide selection of sizes. from 28-40 and D-L cups. I need a 28H and that's near impossible to find in any store here in the US. They have a great selection and are reasonably priced under £40 You could also try Brastop and Lovebras as well, they carry a…

You still are pear shaped, if that makes any difference. Your bust is 5 inches smaller than your hips. That's a pear shape :) eta: typo

Do it if you will enjoy the pizza otherwise it makes no sense to eat something and feel 'forced' while doing it.

I was strictly speaking of breast volume IE a 30G has a volume of 1000cc's, a 32G has 1180cc's, so even though they are both G cups one is significantly larger than the other. If your cup remains static but your band changes then there is a loss or gain of CC's as it goes up or down.
-
For all large busted ladies, please get properly fitted. It is the best thing you can do for your breasts. As an added bonus many women experience tissue migration which increases breast volume after wearing a properly fitting bra. Even though I've lost weight, my breast have gained size since I started wearing the right…

Actually if your band size changed but not your cup, then yes you did lose volume. There is no such thing as a set cup. Cup size is insignificant without band size, that is what compromises bra size. FOr example. A 34G, 32G, 30G are not all the same. A 34G would be a 32GG and a 30H. I'm a 28H if I go up a band size then I…

Either 0 or over, I do TDEE minus small deficit so I don't worry about going over.

You can always have your boobs slapped into growing. http://travel.cnn.com/bangkok/shop/ladies-come-thailand-and-get-your-boobs-smacked-809478

A 38DD is a cup size bigger than 36DD. The cup did not remain the same. The equivalent of 38DD is 36DDD(E)

Another 28H here and YES on Shock Absorber. I've also heard good things about Panache Sports bras.
-
Unless you are very tiny it's not likely your BMR is less than 1200.
-
Geez, I feel like such a little porker lol I've never been able to eat only 1200.I'm 5'2.5 and 125 and eat 1550 net on non active days..upwards of 2200 on workout days.. It hasn't seem to affected my weight loss, only a few pounds form goal now. I know for myself, trying to eat low cal would be unsustainable.
-
Actually a 34E has the same volume as a 30FF, so you lost 2 cups sizes or about 260cc's of breast.
-
It would depend on how much breast tissue vs fat. I'm about 22% BF and wear a 28GG/H. Seeing as I'm close to goal it's not likely they will shrink much if at all from this point. At my heaviest I was wearing a 32GG, which is a full cup size in volume less than now. Overall I doubt it makes that big of a difference in my…
