  • Really? Nasty Obsession, well isn't that just full of sunshine. If you insult what a website is primarily geared to be used for, don't expect a pat on the back doll.
  • Previously was wearing a 36D, however I know that was wrong since I've since been fitted properly. Based on my pre weight loss measurements my true size was a 32GG. I'm now a 28GG or 30G depending on brand. It looks like they have settled at this size and I don't anticipate losing any more volume being so close to goal…
  • I use flavored coffee, usually Hazelnut and add cream to it. Don't miss the sugar, it's a compromise for me. I make room for the calories of heavy cream.
  • 1600 minimum my body deserves nourishment and I have lost just fine eating well above 1200
  • No it's not bad, it's what you're supposed to do. Although I eat a lot more so I don't really belong in this thread, but I just wanted to put your mind at ease. Women need to stop beating themselves up for eating.
  • Blitzkrieg Lemac, sounds terrifying. I fear lives would be lost in my porn.
  • I do agree and it wasnt fun when first starting. Moving is hard...eating some of the chcocolate is not as much fun as eatimg ALL the chcolate. Then this strange tipping point happen where moving became exhiliratimg and sweets didnt seem so fantastic. When doing IT became more fun than not doimg it.
  • Haha yes I do love me some Richard Simmons. Him amd Leslie Sansone got me off my rear. Huge comgratulations on a fantastic loss.
  • Oh i never said hes a bad guy...we all have our charms. Ive agreed with him on other threads...im certainly not without any reason. Ive no problems with disagreeing yet still being able to acknowlegdge positives. I also have a steel *kitten* so butthurtery is not my gig.
  • Am I the only person who actually liked that Caveman show. He worked at IKEA(sort of), oh god, it was so bad it was good (Oh damn...sorry I'm sure there will be a swift and terrible punishment coming my way for speaking out of turn)
  • You can peek at mine, it's always open. However I'm not the best logger as I tend to be on autopilot and a little repetitive. DISCLAIMER....I apologize if how I choose to eat is a personal affront to anyones delicate sensibilities. I don't like potatoes and grains give me pangs of death tummy pains. This makes me a bad bad…
  • I will now exit the thread so that we may all bask in the omnipotence of his highness Johnny9000millino posts.
  • Oh I'm sorry. I realize I didn't follow proper protocol in knowing when it is acceptable to speak. How could I possibly commit such a faux paux. I shall in the future pass all thought and post by you so that they may have your prior approval.
  • No you are correct, it is not double blind, that a different nanosphere study he is looking into. This study is two groups one eating Keto and one eating the traditional food pyramid. When you are terminal, really it's not like it matters much, but he felt it might help future cancer patients. The acceptance and…
  • It means in MFP land posts equals authority, on any subject. It trumps everything. His is not the first trial that has been published, there have been others particularly regarding certain cancers such as breast, colon and I believe pancreatic, although I could be mistaken of the latter.
  • Paleo would qualify as low carb. At least from what I have seen it would fall under that umbrella.
  • No I know what an anecdote means. He is participating in a double blind study that will be published. I'm not sure if science is no longer an acceptable authenticating results. I guess MFP cred is the gold standard.
  • Actually yes could you please provide peer reviewed double blind studies on stage 4 cancers and low carbohydrate. I mean since you are the authority on this subject.
  • Would you like my husband's oncologist at Mayo clinic to forward his PET scans? He's stage 4 inoperable, he had nothing to lose by participating in a Keto study to test the efficacy of glucose starvation on advanced stage tumors. CEA markers dropped form 189 to 11. I'm sorry this rustle your jimmies. But hey your internet…
  • Torture, guilt? Seems like you may be approaching this from a wrong angle. As to why it's worth it, well feeling fantastic sort of makes me happy.
  • No I eat a lot of calories in the evening. My appetite doesn't usually kick in until afternoon-evening. Has not affected my weight loss as far as I can tell.
  • When I'm upset or stressed my stomach shuts down and it is physically impossible for me to get food down. I found that drinking my calories works. Make a loaded shake with full fat milk or even heavy cream, protein powder, peanut butter. Any calorie dense ingredients, toss it in there. I can easily drink 500 cal that way.
  • It's hard to predict as it varies from woman to woman. A rule of thumb is if you had generous sized breasts prior to gaining weight, they may not shrink much. Also if it's where you put weight on first, they may be the last thing to go. Mine as stubborn buggers and still holding on.
  • Nope, I am a hulk. True story
  • Eaing Low carb has never been an issue with me. Possibly because I'm by nature not a big carb lover. Pasta is just flour and water, never understood the appeal of it. Hate potatoes and grains give me horrible pangs of death. I've eaten under 100G of carbs for going on 3yrs now. Currently I eat Keto under 30 net grams.. and…
  • I prefer grass fed beef over human, sorry can't be of any help. Maybe another fellow cannibal will come along and give you some yummy recipes.
  • I think the bigger issue is, if your kidneys and liver are broken please rush yourself to the nearest hospital.
  • Stronglifts is a great program, it really does do wonders for your body. Although 7" in 12 weeks seems overly ambitious. I can only base it on my results so far...started out at 30.5 waist and I'm now at 27" with 3 weeks left in the program. Starting weight 137.5lbs Currently 128lbs. I tried to follow the program as…
  • I have a simple Polar FT4 but only use it for steady cardio activity. HRMs are not good for any other type of activity.
