I lost 90 lbs and went from a DD to a B.
Super happy, btw.0 -
I have had a conversation with my doctor about this... it all depends on your genetics. If you're family is bigger in the chest area, chances are they might not go down too much. They can go down slightly, but again it depends on your family history. Hope this helps0

yes. you can't control where you lose.
i lost a shoe size.
but if you do strength training that hits your upper body, you can firm them up.0 -

However, if you have a larger chest due to genetics, it's very likey that with only 19 lbs to lose, you might not be carrying any extra weight in your breasts. I'm a natural C/D (as in, after I finished puberty they were a C. I was at a healthy weight at the time), so my chest size stopped shrinking once I came back into a healthy weight range. I've lost 20 pounds since then, and the only thing that has gotten smaller is my band size.
It all depends on genetics. If you're naturally smaller, then yes, they'll go down. If not, it's likely that only the band will go down, not the cup size.0 -
I have lost over 30 pounds. Was 165, now less than 135. I tried on a bra today that is 36D. Stil looked silly. I am 52. My age may have something to do with it. There are no muscles in boobs. Do what you can. I had boobs that would launch a thousand ships. Now, I have boobs that could sink a thousand ships. My husband closes his eyes and compliments me. He is a wonderful man.0

Mine didn't get much smaller. It all depends if your breast are just fat or actual breast tissue.0

Hi I went from a 16 E to a 14 DD after losing 20kg. So your cup size will drop, maybe only by a couple of cup sizes but im guessing it depends on how much weight you have lost0

I didn't read all the posts, so sorry if someone else said something like this before, but mine stayed the same size relatively to my body. So if you like the way they look on your frame, with any luck you might not have smaller cups relative to your size after you lose some weight. Everyone is different though.0

Sorry, you're SOL. If you lose fat from your body, it will take it from anywhere, and unfortunately almost ALL women's bodies will take at least some of it from the chest. To those women who keep full perky boobs after losing a ton of weight: you suck. Come let me slap you.0

Okay so I have seen a lot of people say its genetics I have to disagree. I'm three sizes bigger than my mom, always have been. When I lose weight I went from a 36D to a 34D. Still losing weight but not expecting it to go down any more. :-)0

I've only lost 3 kg in 3 weeks so far and already my cup size has gone from E to DD to D0

yup i went from a D to a C. i miss my boobies although theyre pretty much in proportion with my current weight. for me - as my body gets smaller so do my boobs.0

I completely lost my moobs (man-boobs) when I lost the weight.
That probably doesn't help, I just wanted to say moobs!0 -
It's hard to predict as it varies from woman to woman. A rule of thumb is if you had generous sized breasts prior to gaining weight, they may not shrink much. Also if it's where you put weight on first, they may be the last thing to go.
Mine as stubborn buggers and still holding on.0 -
I am just losing som post baby weight so this may not apply to you but my starting weight was 138(im also a douple of inches shorter). I went from a 38D to now a 32C. I was 32B/110 lbs pre pregnancy. I'm pear shaped though. I always lose top down.0

How can i loose weight? I have tried everything from exercises to dieting and nothing seems to be working for me. Right now the scale is a nightmare for me. I need help please.0

When I gained weight my breast size hardly changed! Now i'm losing it and so far its the same but I'm 5'3 and most of the women in my family have huge breasts and when they do lose weights they don't lose more than a band and cup size!
It really depends on genetics. I've seen girls lose most of their weight and their breasts and some girls lose a lot and their breasts hardly change!0 -
Genetics since i was 16 I have have DD lost 40 pounds was still DD had 1 kid went up to ddd lost 30 pounds went back down to DD had another kid went back to ddd. Ive been told by the doc when i was asking about a boob reduction I have a lot of mammary glands vs fat in my boobs so mine wont really shrink.0
