OP, how long have you been in recovery for?
-
I'm okay now. I really should not drink though. Makes me feel crummy and my body really does not like it (well I guess no ones body is meant for binge drinking) I still have been dizzy but just probably dehydrated
-
Okay, so I don't think OP should have come to MFP for advice as their issues are individual. For all of you extremely ignorant people. Yes, it is possible for someone to lose weight on 3k-4k a day. Yes the OP also should be eating way more protein. There are definitely conditions which make people burn through calories/not…

One solution is for foods that you eat regularly, add your own foods to the data base with grams as the unit of measurement (and add all information as shown on the label). This is a bit time consuming but will be worth it for things you regularly eat
-
At first when I saw your post I was a bit concerned, but you are 5'4 so 115 would be in the healthy range. I would say you should definitely up your calories though. You are not getting enough protein and eating that few calories, your going to have a higher rate of muscle wastage (you lose a bit of muscle, even losing…

I added you as a friend, your food diary is locked with a key

the only tolerable things I've tried so far have been the Dijon mustard dressing, and the pancake syrup. I have tried the marshmallow dip, the chocolate peanut spread, ranch dressing, ceasar dressing, and the chocolate syrup and personally they all almost made me sick
-
@Nony_Mouse I was trying to do the exercise off thing, but then I started to think that the gym equipment and MFP calculations of calories burned was too inaccurate and that I should not count it
-
I like the idea of writing on here, but then people will call me on all my garbage. If I ever actually logged accurately even on MFP it is sooo obvious that I binge and restrict like all the time... But the way I log I just move things around so I net a normal amount of calories (I'm not sure if this okay or not, but its…

I don't have a therapist and I don't have enough money to go see one. So Yep. I am supposed to be moving out at the end of the month (from my parents house). Most of why I'm stressed is because i think I'm gonna go back to my eating disorder like worse than its ever been because I won't have to try and please anyone with…

I haven't been where you are but I can tell you that I did drastically lose weight a few times. More than likely, you wasted away your muscles. For one, you should add a 100 calories a week till your back to eating maintenance and start lifting. You aren't going to keep weight off through cardio alone. Cardio is great but…
-
I don't if what I did was considered binging or just overeating but I definitely had a tricky weekend. Thursday night and Friday night I ate around 1000 calories extra (above maintenance) which was just me shoving food in my mouth in my room by myself. And then Saturday and Sunday were probably 500 over maintenance (but…

I definitely agree with skipping the detox. Its a waste of money and also probably not great for your physical or mental health. As for having air popped popcorn, its not a terrible idea. I just think that you can still overeat something even if it is healthy. (For example, last night I had 6 servings of lovegrown honey…

OP your intake looks pretty low, but a lot of your entries seem kind of off. Like deep fried homemade chicken drumstick 150 calories? and 7 oz pork loin thing 210 calorie. 7 oz of lean pork is more than that and then depending on how it was prepared. I dunno. And you might want to consume a bit more fruits and vegetables.
-
The only thing with v8 is I'm pretty sure it has lots of sodium. And if you are having nuts, make sure to get unsalted.
-
You could try to add 100 calories more (up to 2300) and give it atleast a week. And as you know, carbs make you retain more water (as does salt) so try watching out for that. Also slight weight fluctuations are normal anyway.
-
Why would you only eat your BMR calories? Are you trying to lose weight? If your trying to maintain your weight, the lowest number you should be eating is 1914 calories (that's with a desk job and no other activity) Have you tried using this http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/
-
I've had one by six star and it was edible. Tried another kind and nope nope nope. Tried to hide it in a bit of Greek yogurt nope. But for me it wasn't the texture, it was the taste. I had a line one and it was too sweet/too sour... I also have a mango one but I'm scared to try it.

9000 Kj is only 2150 nutritional calories. Your definitely not going to gain quickly on that
-
I'm not saying necessarily calories. I mean like even foods. Like exchanges to eat at everything meal, or like cereal and fruit and milk for example for breakfast and so on... and normally they are taught a serving size etc. Its weird that you have a dietician that has told you nothing and are now relying on myfitnesspal…
-
Well is there a reason as to why they are not giving you an idea of how much to eat. They haven't told you amounts or calories? or are you just looking for advice that you feel more comfortable with than what they've told you?
-
Your BMR calories are already added. Are you seeing a nutritionist? You could benefit from a meal plan
-
Cool, thanks for the advice
-
@chigiriswrath that is some very good advise. Only thing is I don't have anyone I know to work on these things with. But I really like the other suggestion
-
I can't start eating special k or I end up eating way too much of it too :(
-
What would you suggest I eat then?
-
I did eat veggies (its also included in my lunch) and yes it was a bit processed...but its soup.... how is that unhealthy... yea salt isn't great but its not like I had bunch of sugar. Sleep normally 7-8 hours but for like 4 days I've only been able to get around 5 (but only because I can't fall asleep) Also have not been…
-
Okay well are you saying what I'm eating is bad or.... just making a generalized statement
-
I'm not starving.... just tired
-
I don't really want to be eating more...
