I have been having unexplained high blood pressure lately and I noticed that sucralose is in my light yogurt that I eat. I felt like I was gonna die the other day. My BP was 140/100. Luckily, I'm ok now. I'm going back to regular sugar, stevia, or none at all.

I guess I am on the Adkins diet but I am actually looking more at cutting out sugar for 30 days and food that has high glycemic index value. I figue after a month I will start having bread and pasta again, but in moderation of course. If you continue to stay on low carb lifestyle I'm sure you don't gain weight back.

Tuna fish and sardines are a good source of protein and lower on the price too

I'm always over on my sugar also. It's very difficult to stay under without fruit in your diet.

I'm up to the challenge. One of the best low calorie fill you up foods is soup (especially homemade with cabbage and other veggies) I love to have it this time of year.

I've been eat Health Request Soups lately. Mostly because they are covienant, but they are low calorie and the liquid in the soup helps me fill up.

Hello all in the weight loss goal. I'm new since yesterday. I'm lookin to really commit myself and get these extra pounds off. I sit at work all day at a desk, so I've got to work out, but I want to do something that I really enjoy too. Any suggestions?
