I *will* say that I have noticed a minor change in the muscles in my arms. There is definitely some build there, but the discouraging thing is my waist. I'm at 42 inches, I have a loooooooong way to go and nothing is happening there.

My protein comes from baked chicken mostly (a few other sources, but those are more rare). I eat quite a bit of fiber and don't consume trans-fats.

I'm 250 and I'm hitting about 180 BPM when I do my cardio (29 years old). I haven't attempted to talk, but I definitely wouldn't want to.
