I had a lot to eat on Saturday, but I neutralized it by getting on the treadmill for 31 minutes that evening. I am a morning person. Getting on the treadmill after 8 p. m. was NOT fun! I don't know if it is available in England. Look in the section of your store with other powdered drink mixes. You could ask the manager to stock it also. You also might be able to buy it online. You should have something similar if not the Crystal Light brand.

Find something in the database that looks right. I always OVER estimate calories when I have to guess. I figure it is better to over estimate than under estimate.

When I can plan ahead, I eat lightly during the day, get my exercise in, and then there is room to kick up my heels and splurge on food. 1200 calories a day isn't much, but when you add an additional 500-600 from exercise and eat lightly during the day you have a lot of calories left for the evening.

I have a dehydrator and when fruit is in season and cheap I buy tons of it and dehydrate it. That way I have my favorites fruits all season long. I use dried fruit in my crockpot steel cut oats, muffins, with cereal, snack on them, etc.

You DO have symptoms of diabetes - thirst and frequent urination. I would go back to the doctor and specifically ask to be tested for diabetes. No one in my family has ever been diagnosed with diabetes, but I was recently.

Everybody's feet are different. You need to go to the store and try on various shoes, walk around the shoe area and take your time! Then start wearing them around the house for short periods of time and build up from there. DON'T buy a new pair of walking shoes and then go on a marathon walk in them.

I don't know about you, but I am SERIOUS about meeting my weight loss goal. In your situation I would eat before or after Pizza Hut and have a glass of water or diet drink while there. Your kids can eat pizza and you can visit and enjoy the gathering.

I am now able to wear TONS of clothes in my closet and dresser that I haven't been able to wear for several years. I dropped a credit card behind some inventory boxes and when I moved them I found a pair of shorts I used to love but didn't fit. I washed them, tried them on and they are TOO big!
