Eat when you are truly hungry. Somehow your body forgives when you really need it. I just learned this lately after depriving myself for years.

I know a lot of pretty fit people and teenagers that can't even do one pull up. Push ups really help build up your upper body. I am not strong enough yet to do many on my toes, so I usually have my knees down while doing them.

Sorry for the disappointing weigh in. You can get right back on track again. Tomorrow's a new day and you obviously want to lose weight, so you've got motivation!!! I just boiled a batch of hard boiled eggs--they really help stave off hunger and keep weight off. Get back on board, you've got this!:flowerforyou:

lml: I would still eat lean meats and hard boiled eggs along with lots of veggies. Fruit sugars and carbs are not very helpful and neither is soda or dairy. Water, definitely and the best cleanse of all: working out until sweat pours of of you at least 3 times a week.

Modify exercises to be gentle, but keep moving. As long as you're exercising you will get results in a good way.
