hi everyone im kate just joined group today im hoping to do dvd 3x a week I have a wee dog rocco so im out at least 60 mins a day though I wont count that ill check in tomorrow x

hi im kate I live in Scotland I will be walking near home & I have a treadmill. I have a dog & I used to record these walks but he is getting on now & hes not quite as active I promise ill check in daily good luck x

hi everyone im kate xx this group is just what I need my hubby works nightshift & find myself comfort eating watching tv eating crisps tortilla chips etc even ice lollies in bed im going to try no eating after main meal which is usually 6.30 pm looking forward to getting to know you all ill check in tomorrow morning kate x

Day 1... 60 minute brisk walk ... 3.5 miles done feeling positive im going to start c25k on treadmill tomorrow to coincide with this challenge TC kate xx

hello xx im kate my walking is the best way to be fit for me I have a wee Lhasa apso called rocco who is going to travel around the world with me as well as walking him 3 x 25 mins a day I will be brisk walking minimum 45 minutes a day ill check in with mileage tomorrow good luck kate & rocco xx

I think it can be frustrating as we hope to see results sooner than we do but most of the hard work is paying off within us small steps are the key I think don't make out of reach goals take the first 2 lbs as your target & then set yourself another & pat your back along the way good luck xxx
