This is quite interesting - I never thought about how much sugar I'd be taking in eating a "healthier" diet of fruit. Also keep getting told off from my dentist because of acid erosion from fruit juices etc. This is a hard gig trying to be healthy while cutting down on sugars etc!

I love smoothies - so quick and easy to make too. Fruit in my house tends to go off and thrown out so you can freeze stuff and just pop it in the blender and whizz up a lovely and filling breakfast. Nice and sweet for the kids too without all the processed sugar of some cereals. :smile:
