I just started C25K this week and am about to go out for Week 1, workout 3. I'm optimistic about sticking with this program because it builds gradually, rather than me just trying to run a couple of miles, being miserably sore the next day and giving up. This week will be a little challenging as temperatures are expected…

I've considered Ripped in 30 also, but I'd like to try something different for a bit and it would be nice to take advantage of the nicer weather right now and save a video for the colder months when its harder to motivate myself to go out in order to exercise!

She claims that apparently my six-pack should be showing up about now, but I have yet to see it.

Nope, not me, just quiet! I was totally exhausted Monday & Tuesday is the day I do Zumba, so I was back to 30DS today. I completed Day 9 of Level 3 today! Woo!

Awesome! Today was Day 8 of Level 3 for me. I'm trying to decide what I want to do after this. I just got a Fitbit and was thinking about doing Couch to 5k. The month of May will be quite busy for me, since I have final exams and need to move to a new apartment during that time. I want to find something that I can keep up…

Way to go Sleepless!

Way to go everyone who's still shredding! Today I completed Day 6 of Level 3.

Was lying in bed and almost forgot about posting. Today was day 2 of level 3 for me.

I'm still shredding! Today was Day 1 of Level 3 for me. I have to say I agree with other folks in this group who said that they like this better than Level 2. I didn't seem to bother my ankle or knee as much and I found some of the moves - dare I say it - kinda fun. Sleepless, good luck with your no wheat experiment.

Level 2, Day 10 complete! I am so glad to be moving on to the next level. Glad to have managed to keep it going despite holiday interruptions and uncooperative joints. I definitely notice more of a difference in my back, hoping for even more visible results as Level 3 progresses.

Level 2, Day 9 for me. Only one more day of this level. My right knee and ankle are not loving this at all. I have been doing the modified versions of some of the moves...really wonder if I'm doing something wrong to make this happen, or if I just have bad knees and ankles. I really want to stick to the program and finish…

Way to go!

Thanks Allergic for kicking off our posts each day to help keep us all energized! Finished Day 8 of Level 2 today. I can't believe how much more I have to go, but hoping Level 3 is a nice change. I hope some others who are still shredding will keep up with posting. I will be away the next two days, but will be back either…

Forgot to post on Friday, but completed Level 2, Day 7 that day. I modified a couple of the moves to give my ankles a break.

Today is still the 28th, right? I couldn't work out the last couple of days, and I was hoping that I would recuperate a bit from the workouts. My ankles were really sore after I worked out Monday. My plan was to workout today, but I noticed that my ankles were significantly swollen. I don't want to fall off the wagon,…

Day 6, level 2 complete. I tried to work extra hard the last couple of days because I will be off, but back on schedule on Wednesday!
-
The most noticeable change is definitely along your waistline and arms, but I can see a difference in your legs and face as well. Way to go!

Level 2, Day 5 - I'm halfway done! Although sometimes it feels like an eternity... I took yesterday off because only chance to exercise was late in the evening and I wasn't feeling so hot. Hoping to complete level 2 by next Sunday.
-
Level 2, Day 4 for me, and it's starting to get slightly less horrifying. Not excited that Level 3 holds more plank position moves in store. Trying to push through and not take breaks over the weekend, , since I won't be able to work out Tuesday and Wednesday because I will be celebrating Passover. Keep up the good work…

Finished Level 2, Day 3. I sooooo did not want to exercise today, but I pushed myself to get through, and actually managed to do more of the plank jacks and the plank ab exercise at the end. Really hoping this gets easier soon.
-
I have only recently moved up to Level 2, but I was getting a little tired of Level 1 by the end. Do you have the sound on the video during the workout, or do you play your own music? I found that once I was comfortable with the routine and knew what to expect, playing my own music while I exercised helped me keep going…

Level 2, Day 2 for me, after taking yesterday off to give my knee a break. I was getting pretty good with the Level 1 workout, now Level 2 has me feeling completely out of shape. I can't hold myself up that long on all the plank moves. Interestingly though after Day 1, I wasn't sore the next day, despite having trouble…

Level 2, Day 1 complete. I was really hoping that there wouldn't be as many lunge/squat things this time because my knee is really bothering me - may have to take a rest day tomorrow if it doesn't clear up. I definitely sweated more than I have been at Level 1, and I really feel like I can't do any of those plank things -…

Awesome, way to go! I haven't seen any change in my scale weight, but at least it's been staying pretty much exactly the same. Before starting the shred it was typical for me to fluctuate all over the place.
-
Finished Level 1, Day 10 today, and now on to level 2!! I've been doing the shred about 5 days a week, so it's going to take me a little longer to get through 30 workouts worth. Hope there will be some other group members here who will still be finishing when this month is over. Passover is coming up, so that may cut into…

Level 1, Day 9 complete! I didn't post on the group yesterday, but did day 8. I feel a little frustrated that I don't feel like I've made much progress in the push-up department over the course of this level. Also not sure that I'm noticing changes in my appearances. Sometimes I think my arms and legs look a little more…
-
Today was my Zumba class, so no 30DS for me today. Back tomorrow!
-
Today was Level 1, Day 7 for me. I took yesterday off because my knee was bothering me, hope it doesn't persist. I've only been at this 7 days and it already feels like an eternity. I hope I can stay motivated to get through all of the workouts.
-
Had to take a rest day from 30 Day Shred today as my knee was bothering me after yesterday's workout. I did my Zumba Wii game instead. Hope to be back tomorrow. I'm really impressed with all of you who are doing the "real" pushups. I've always been relatively weaker on upper body exercises, but hoping to just keep…

Today was Level 1, Day 6 for me. Those side lunges and arm raises still don't feel like they're getting any easier.
