I agree with your comment. The reason your cupcakes "stick" is because the applesauce has no fat or oil in it, so you do have to be sure to use a non-stick pan or liners (or spray as you did). Her recipe probably won't stick because there is also a 1/2 cup of butter in the recipe. just saying : )

I find this can happen when I eat too fast, or eat when I'm doing something else. It did happen more when I first started watching the size of my portions. I have to agree with michelleion... I don't look for lowest calories but best nutrition. So here in the US (we have Aldi, too) the shredded wheat is a great calorie bargain; large portion (49g), no sugar, no sodium and it has fiber and protein.

Yes, me too! I wouldn't have a problem reaching my calorie goal if I would break down and eat a "cookie". I'm trying to keep to a healthy eating plan, though, lol. I usually end up eating a piece of fruit instead.
