I don't count the sugar in fruit and it seems to be working so far. The sugars are contained in the natural fiber and everything else in the fruit so it is released more evenly. I eat 2 bananas, a couple of oranges, a couple of apples, and a few other varieties during the course of a day and I stay full, still lose weight,…

Definitely go to http://www.halhigdon.com/ I did the half marathon training program for beginners a couple of years ago and managed to complete the half-marathon. My best advice is that the last 2-3 miles is going to be all in your head. If you just keep repeating to yourself "I WILL FINISH" ... then you will finish. :)
