I only count water as water and the Propel zero packets and Mio that you add to water as water. Everything else I drink even if zero calories I don't count as water.

Eat 1530 or as close to it as possible without going over to lose weight. If you exercise you can eat the calorie amount it gives you to eat if you want and still lose weight. As you lose weight redo your goals and it your calorie goal may go lower as you lose depending on your weight, activity level and everything.

When you put in your height and weight and other information it has towards the bottom options to pick (maintain, lose 1/2 pound per week, lose 1 pound per week, etc). I'm back on this year and determined to meet my goals and stay on here till I do or unless if my hubby and I finally get pregnant lol.

This forum is making me laugh lol some of these names WOW! One of the guys I met that worked in the same unit as my husband was named Charlie Brown...not as bad as some of the names i'm seeing though.

I use the Lean Shake by GNC protein powders, I like chocolate and I mix it in with peanut butter, yummmm! They now sale chocolate peanut butter mix too. IMO vanilla bean and pumpkin spice are ick...

You can add me if you'd like, I may not eat as "healthy" as some people but I do count calories. I've been struggling with keeping with this though but I have about 42 pounds to lose if not more. I'm almost 5'1" and 22 years old.

I checked out their website the other day and saw that, they have the meals online if you want to check it out before going. Some look quite tasty! Just wish it showed how many calories for the Weight Watchers meals...

I had a weekend binge-a-thon which turned into today too so i'll be starting off tomorrow nice and fresh. Last week when this challange was started I was 162.6, i'll let you all know tomorrow what my weight is.

Thanksgiving it'll be just me and my hubby so were going to have a small dinner and I plan on still counting calories that day, Christmas were supposed to be home on leave so I think I might take the idea i've been seeing by filling half the plate with veggies and the other half is whatever I want...?

I am almost 5'1" and i'm 22 years old accodring to the BMI chart on MFP I should be 97-132 pounds so at the moment i'm working towards 132 and once I reach that weight then I want to be 110-125 (haven't decided yet, just depends on how I look and feel).
