Water is a MUST (eating cucumber or watermelon works as well) and i hate to say it, but McDonalds.... nothing is better than packing down a hang over with a cheeseburger.

Don't beat yourself up over it. It's not worth feeling awful about. Say to yourself, "Ok, i ate 4 cookies, so I'm going to walk up my stairs 3 times to work it off. Tomorrow I won't eat a cookie." remember, it took more than one day to get you to this point, it'll take more than one day to work it off to your goal weight.…

The secret is to hand out everything you bought. The killer is the leftover candy that hangs around the house. But on the good side, the small portions are already portion controlled! Besides, nothing tastes as good as fit feels :)
