It still is windy! my windows are rattling... was going to take littleuns out for a walk but i think not! they might get blown away. Day 7 completed. Feel really proud of myself once I've finished the workout, today was by far the best day yet! Kinda disappointing though as last week and my first week only 1lb loss plus no difference on inches either! I feel much fitter in myself but so far has done nothing for my shape? :(

I log as general circuit training too, but only 20 mins as don't count the warm up or cool down!

Hmmm this will be the first pancake day i haven't made about 50 pancakes and poured a kilo of sugar and lemon juice on top. Any actual healthy and yummy toppings for pancakes?!

Did day 5 today - am really proud of myself i tried soo hard and my the end my arms were shaking and i found it really hard taking off my clothes hahaha! Half way through level 1!!!!!!! xx

Thanks everyone! really appreciate the input! Can't go to the gym as no one to watch my baby :) but I have day 4 of 30 day shred to complete today anyway plus i have an exercise bike and can go for a walk with littleun in the sling! Thanks again xxx

I know most people find jillian motivating but her voice really grates on me, I usually look out the window and visualise myself looking hot to block out the sound of her... Last night laying on bed before I went to sleep I couldn't get the stupid background music out of my head!! Lol

Well I got up to the 6th run and really had to stop - was soo close but couldn't do any more. It wasn't that bad but I have SPD and my pelvis really started to hurt :( will keep trying but if my pelvis keeps hurting so much will have to stop. I downloaded an app for my iphone called get running and it told me when to run…
