Everything I have read says you don't need ant extra calories 1st trimester and only need to eat an extra 300 extra calories a day for the rest of the pregnancy. I'm doing no more, no less. It is hard to come to terms with the postponement if weight loss though.

I think she said she was under a Dr.s care. Seriously, 1200 is a guidline. It is a nice round number that is a good one for most but certainly not all.

When I did ww years ago I would get a grilled chicken sand no mayo and add bbq sauce. It was like 9 points. Calorie wise I'm not sure what it would be. Stay away from, fried stuff and mayo. HTH

If what you had been doing was working keep at it with a few changes. Sometimes after a few days or weeks measurements of food can creep up a bit, make sure to measure as accurately as you did in the beginning. Also make sure you drink your water, all of it. On the flip side, some doctors maintain that only 3 meals a day and no snacks is better. Why? They suggest that it allows your insullinlevels to return to normal levels between meals allowing for better weight loss. I say try it for a couple weeks and see how it works for you.
