Yeah I'll typically log candy like a candy bar which I very infrequently eat but I figured little hard candies didn't need logging. I have decided to start logging hard candies but gum not so much.

Got the booty BUT I want to trim it down. Any tips for someone with craptastic knees? I know squats and lunges are the best but I keep hearing my knew pop and it's not comfortable after a while.

Yeah stick to natural. The powdered stuff has added sugar and other things. I've had the powdered one and while it's convenient there's nothing better than the real stuff. If you're worried about brew time and all that good stuff, just pop some water in a mug for a couple minutes and toss the tea bag in. My dad is addicted…

Thanks you all for your advice and input! I really appreciated. Seems like I've been cheating myself. I will cut back on my sweet intake and stick to sugar free gum in which I will log under snacks :) Do you all recommend anything better?? I used to do grapes but I know that can up my sugars.

I ate/chewed a bag of gumballs between yesterday and today....10 calories per ball (which is TONS for a small gum ball)...17 servings. The gumballs are def something I will be laying off of!

I know :frown: It's something Im working on but they are things I can keep at my desk and snack on to keep my mind and mouth pre-occupied while I work. I think I have a huge problem with that-always wanting something to eat or at least have in my mouth-like gum.

Thats a great idea! Cooking at home :) The bf has plans to go to an Italian restaurant that has the best lasagna in the area. So that means lots of cheese. I will look up the restaurant and check out their menu. I don't want to stick to salads.

I actually prefer soy milk to almond milk. I use Silk Very Vanilla soy milk and it tastes just like ice cream-no joke. Even my brother who drinks whole milk (gross) is hooked on it which is unfortunate for me because all he eats is cereal and soy milk is not cheap lol. I love yoga! I've heard of hot yoga and just the thought alone makes me sweat. How are the classes? Is it worth is? I wake up in the morning and do at least 10 minutes of basic yoga stretches. I have lower back problems too so this really helps with that and helps me wake up :)

I don't think it's unhealthy. I've watched and watch Biggest looser and those people lose like 10lbs a week and more. I don't know what your starting weight was but congrats on the weight loss! That's a great idea eating every two hours. I work in a very fast paced place so do you have any suggestions for snacky foods? Im afraid I've started to resort to junky foods. I used to keep apple slices for when I'd get i a snacky mood.

That's the thing Im worried about is having to eat more to make it. I get home late as it is and I don't want to have to eat a loaded meal before going to bed.

lol not the word of God :) I'm too worried to work out because I know it'll put me much under in calories. I walk a lot where I work and I don't even factor that into my exercises.
