  • I have a Timex T5G971 and it's been pretty accurate. I'm 126 and my heart rate gets up to 186. Not sure if that's normal or not but I end up burning well over 300 cals doing Turbo Fire HIIT 15 and Turbo Fire 30 minute class. I've had no problems with the model I have.

  • UH Chemicals?! I did NOT see that. I would think it had a lot of fillers especially due to the low price. It's like taco bell and their ground beef. It does look good but I think I'll stick to Jenny O too. I was totally hoping it would be something good and healthy because it would be quick to get and inexpensive.
  • I did! I did! I think I do every day. I had a bag of doritos (habenero-hard to find) and a brownie cookie thing. I was still under my calories but I don't want stuff to accumulate. Then I had no time to work out so I couldn't burn the fat and cals I ate.

  • It depends on the intensity too. I'm 5'5 126 and burned 373 today. Be careful not to use the estimate from MFP.   • It took me a while to figure this out but say you have a calorie max of 1500. That is the amount of calories you're supposed to eat in order to have your body functioning well and still be healthy etc. If you work out and burn 650 calories, that 650 short of what is supposed to be in your body.
