How do you determine how much water you should drink?

I lost 5lbs and have been losing a bit every day now. Very excited about it. I am going to stay away from my scale and only weigh in every other week. Congrats to you all on your loss!

lol mine too! I think it picks words and uses appropriate ads. That is funny though.

I think it's more of an estimate. If you ate those calories, fats, sodium, etc, you could weigh that amount in 5 weeks. Good luck!

Tuesday can't come soon enough! I got a new scale that measures fat %. After this Challenge I think I'll only be weighing once a week or once every other week. Cant wait to see everyones results!

I looked into this and I'm curious too. From the looks of it you get a good aerobic work out but it's mostly for your bum.

Commented on this already but just so everyone see's I got the Timex today on overstock (there were 5 left when I ordered so now 4). I used a coupon code to get free shipping and saved 2.99. I've read reviews and if it doesn't work out I'll return it but so far it sounds like it works well and it comes with a chest strap.

I know! I think the best thing would be to get a HRM which I plan on getting when I reach a goal. I log JM30DS as circuit training but I want to know if I am burning more than is given through the site. Invest in an HRM :)

I attempted to start last night but could only make it through 6 minutes (my mom gave me 5 lbs weights!). I this morning I told myself to try and make it through at least 15 minutes but I made it through the whole 30 minutes. I feel like hurling but I feel great. I am going to stick to this and try to get my mom involved :)
