I eat breakfast at around 6:30 which is usually 2 egg whites and 3 strips of center cut bacon and then my mid morning snack of fruit or Special K bar around 9:30-10am. It works for me and it looks like your eating 3hrs after your breakfast which I think is about right.

Hey Bek! I'm 5'2 and I'm aiming for 120-125 but if I can get lower that would be great too. I have thick thighs and some "junk in the trunk" so don't know if I will get much lower than that but hey we will see!!

I love chocolate too! I think I would eat a pile of dirt covered in chocolate!LOL I have found two things that help me, one is a new chocolate pretzel bar by Special K and the other is Dove Bliss dark chocolate squares. I have found some really great ones at Champion.com. They usually have a $19.99 sale once a year and that's when I stock up because the regular prices are about $50 each. I'm a 38D and I hardly have any bounce!!

I'm no expert but I would say your tredmill if you put in your stats because the website is not taking in account the fact that you walked on an incline. If you walk on no incline you burn less calories. Maybe try walking on no incline next time and see if it's closer to what the site says. I use a HRM when doing cardio…

I agree that buying some workout DVDs is the best thing! That's exactly what I do on days I'm too busy to get to the gym. Some people even say the video store rents them for free.

I usually reach for a Special K bar. Only 90 calories and about 2 grams of fat. They have a new one called Raspberry Cheesecake that I really love!! I'll have to try out the skinny cow desserts! Thanks

I'm no expert but it sounds like maybe you need to mix things up a bit in the gym. Sometimes your body will get used to doing the same workout over and over and not respond to it like it used to. Also have you adjusted your caloric intake since you've lost almost 50 lbs?
