This will be my longest ride. The longest I've ever done was 50 so it will be a push for me too but I am determined to do it and finish!!! It will probablly take me all of Sunday to recover!!

Count me in!! I have a 60 mile bike ride planned for Saturday and that should give me about 3000+. I will say I do ride on a regular basis and I'm used to the high calorie burn!!

I wear my HRM and log mine as circuit training and manually enter my calories burned from my HRM.

The childcare at my gym is great! The ladies that watch the children there are also teachers and they even help my son with homework. The other thing I like about ours is the childcare area is glass so you can always see inside.

Also remember you will not continue to lose big every week. After the first few weeks it usually starts to taper off to about 1-2 pounds per week anyway. So a one pound loss is still good. I love Chia seeds!! I make a mix of peanut butter,1/2 banana and a scoop of chia seeds, mix it all together and spread it on wheat bread before I do a long bike ride. They really give you lasting energy and good for protein and fiber!!
