At home is usually tank top and shorts or sports bra shorts but I do wear my shoes.

I do cardio intervals on the days I don't lift. On my lift days I save my energy for the weights. When I do I will usually do a 3-5 min warm-up 15-20 mins of high intensity intervals and then another 20 mins of steady state cardio.

I have mine set at the same. MFP gives me 109 grams of protein but usually end up between 120-140. Most days I get about 40-50 at breakfast.

I agree MFP's number are low when it comes to protein. I try not let myself drop below 100 grams per day and usually I'm around 150. Yesterday was a good day and I got up to 197!!

I ususally use Smartwool wool socsk when cycling and running in the cold.

Try running at the warmest part of the day if you can which is usually between 2-4 o'clock. You will be suprised once you get going how your body temp will raise and you may even want to shed a layer if you put on too much. If I'm not mistaken you said you weighed yoourself TONIGHT! Never do that because you will always weigh more at night than you did that morning. Drink some water tonight, pee it out through the night then weigh in the morning! The 4lbs should be down by then.
