  • Thanks for providing this-just what I've been looking for.
  • all recipies.com has an ingredient search option. Just put in won ton and it will give you plenty of recipies that include that ingredient. I always use that when I have something to use up and can't figure out what to do with it.
  • All Recipies.com has tons of recipies, they have a diet section but it costs more. My dietician suggested this site and cookinglight.com and eatingwell.com but I haven't spent much time there yet.
  • My husband is a hunter and taxidermist so we eat quite a bit of venison. Here are two recipies that always turn out good. I'm sorry I haven't done the calorie count because I just started MFP last week. Roast Beef in Mushroom Gravy 2-21/2 lb beef roast (or venison) 1 envelope dry onion soup mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup…
  • Thanks so much for posting, this is something I've been trying to get aroun to doing. If you are going to figure out the nutritional value anyway would you please share it here? My first week using MFP and it is a real eye opener!
