Don't give up....start over right now. If you are faced with a high calorie meal can you supplement a small portion of that with maybe some fruit or vveg? You can still eat well on a budget. It is possible. As far as exercise try to do a 10 min walk then try 15, 20 and so on. Something is better than nothing. Keep trying…

Your stories are very similar to mine. I've been feeling like I need someone to be accountable with to help stop my evening binges. Ive lost 20 this year but in April my weight loss has stalled because of binges. Friend me for support.

I've had 2 C-sections, as well as an emergency surgery after the first C-section so effectively I've had 3 C-sections! anyway, I would also be interested in success stories in this area!

well i am up 3 pounds. I did eat pretty horribly this week. I suspect that some of this is also water weight and/or hormonally driven. I am sure I didn't gain 3 pounds of fat! have a good weekend everyone!
