Your problem is that you are human. ;-) We ALL lose our motivation from time to time. Just tell yourself that you MUST do it. Push yourself. Weight loss is one of the hardest battles you'll ever fight. YOU CAN DO IT!

I have hypothyroidism, so i eat what works for me. I eat GENERALLY the same things MOST of the time. Having dropped my BF% from 45% to 15%, I will be that boring character. i enjoy myself on my refeed meals and stick to eating to Live 95% of the time. :-) I say do what works for you!

I did P90X Classic. I LOVED it. Round 2 starts July 25th, After TurboCamp. Right now I am doing the P90X/Asylum hybrid. 30 days of PURE *kitten* Kicking!

Good luck to you! The main thing is making sure your plate is split using the 3 way split. Make Protein the BASIS of your meals, but your body needs carbs. Just choose wisely.

You may not be doing anything wrong, per say. What is your definition of eating right? (EVERYONE HAS A DIFFERENT ONE!) Go to eatcleandiet.com and click on resources. Download the PDF for the Eat Clean Grocery list. Plan ur meals using foods from that list. I hope that helps.

i use Fage 0% Greek yogurt. It has 7g of sugar, BUT its a NATURAL sugar from Dairy (skimmed milk)
