Depends on what your workouts ARE in the gym. ChaLean Extreme will leave you with that good sore. SO I wouldnt incorporate any more strength training.

I have clients starting at 5 am every morning, so I have to have something Nutritionally sound, that wont weigh me down and fuels my day after my 335 am workouts. Welcome to MFP! I just looked at your food Diary. :-) The QUALITY of calorie is as important the QUANTITY of the calorie. Soda, Mayo....those things wont cut it. You gotta CUT THOSE OUT. Plus, if your diary is accurate, there are days when you are only eating once a day. You cant consider Dr. Pepper and a Banana a meal.…

The calorie counts for ALL of the stuff in the exercise mode log is NOT accurate for each individual person. I need mine to be accurate, so I use the BodyBugg. :-)
