  • Actually, I feel like the fact that I can eat whatever I want (in small amounts) helps me to NOT crave things. I switched over to this from doing Atkins, and it took a while to realize, YES! I can have milk!! YES! I can have oatmeal!! And fruit, a cereal bar now and again. Even a small amount of mac n' cheese ... wow. Like…
