I had been interested in this diet as well, I think like with every diet, portions and calories matter. I would even do macronutrient counting just to see how it works out :-)

my highest recorded weight was 326. after i saw that, i got more depressed and kept eating everything, so idk what my highest weight was when i started my weightloss journey. but now im 249, i cant believe it :)

wonderful wonderful wonderful. for myself, I do get satisfied from eating 1200 calories. with eating veggies, you can eat a lot more volume of food, be full, & still be w/in your calorie limit. i lose 2lbs a week on average from this.

I started my journey at 326lbs. Im currently 260lbs. My goal is 165lbs :) It can be done :)

start weight: 278lbs goal weight: 263 lbs current weight: 265 lbs (12/28/12) I could be down more pounds, but i dont know (dont have a scale in my house that can weigh me :/). but i'll take 13 pounds lost any day :)
