Yes, lets do this 15 lbs seems doable. I have a history of losing a pound or two and then gain it back. I am like a yo-yo up, down, up, down and that irritates me. My starting weight is 190 lbs and I weigh in on Mondays. Goal for the 15 lbs is 175. Good luck.

Weighed in yesterday July 15 191 lbs - gained 2 lbs I was 189 at the end of June. I have not been exercising 3-4 times a week, I have slack off. I am trying to get back to it at least 2-3 times a week. Any suggestion on getting motivated.

Thank you PBsMommy for the info, I open my dairy if you like to take a look. I did go over my calories for the week, but I don't think I went over my sodium I also try to drink my 8 glasses of water a day. I try to change up my exercises, some weeks I work-out less and some weeks I work-out more. I am not sure which should…
