Wow how time flies we are at the end of the challenge to lose 15 lbs by Halloween. How did everyone do I hope you met your goals, as for me I did not. October 28 190 lbs----I lost 1 lb this week, guess I will take it. October 21 191 lbs----I gained 2 lbs back. October 14 weigh in week # 10 189 lbs Lost one pound.

June Check In!
As of the end of May I weigh in at 188 lbs, I did not meet my goal of losing 6 lbs for the month. May 6 192 lbs May 13 189 lbs May 20 189 lbs May 27 188 lbs 4 pounds lost for the month of May June starting weight is 190 lbs, I gain 2 lbs in the last week of May. I did lose 4 lbs(end of April weight 188 lbs) , but gained it back. So I am staring the month of May with a gain of 4 lbs. I lose and I gain " what gives" My starting weight for the month of May. December Weight Check In

Last weight in of the 50 day challenge Dec 18
How did everybody do in this 50 day challenge. Myself I lost and then I gain and I got sick, so I was unable to workout. So I guess is all good, I weigh in today at 193 lbs which is the weight I started in the beginning of December. I will make small change in the next 50 day to see if I can reach my end of December goal.…
