Logging food and exercise

Does anyone find it time consuming when trying to log your food and exercising. Scrolling down finding your food and checking the box, it takes a while. Would't it be nice if when you start typing your food choice comes up and you selected it, almost like when doing a search on the internet. It would be great if they change the format so it is more user friendly. Let me know what you all think.
you can contact the company on the bottom of the screen and leave them and email about this..............that is if you would like it to be more user friendly and less time consuming.

I have a love/hate relationship with tracking. Every professional I have ever spoken to about it will swear that it is important for results. I hate it because it IS time consuming and it doesn't list everything, especially exercises. I love it because it really does put things in perspective. I can see where I am messing up and make changes. I have started saving common meals and workouts and that seems to help.0

If you've ever used SparkPeople, you'll find this site a godsend. I find this one very easy to track your food and the database is much better than on SparkPeople. It can get a bit aggravating at times when you're looking for a new food or you just don't see a "usual" in the list. Try making "meals", if you eat a lot of the same things, that will help cut down some time.0
