  • I stuck with level two for a while but I am moving to level three today. I am so ready to move on! The V-raises are the hardest part of level two in my opinion - I hated those!! I really hope there are none in level 3. :angry:
  • *Bump* If anyone has some great alternatives - if Kellogg’s Fiber Plus bars are indeed higher in sugar - please share.... I have been desperately looking for a night time sweet snack!! (If there is a thread on this as well, please share. :flowerforyou: )
  • Today will be day 7 of level 2 - I am going to continue through for the rest of the week and get a few more days in before level 3....I am still getting exhausted during the workout....dont think I am ready for 3! :(
  • Day 4 of level 2....it was harder today for some reason. Even still, its like when you don't give 100% you still work up a serious sweat!

  • Day 3 Level 2...It gets a bit more tolerable AFTER a few days. :indifferent: lol Only thing is those military curls and lifts are killing me!! I think its cause of the 5lb weights maybe???? All I know is the results are worth it. I work up a major sweat every time. Loving the video!! :):)

  • :embarassed: Same here...seems like I was stronger on DAY 1!! I am about to go and do Day 4 of level one and I am really getting nervous that I am gonig to not make it through the weights...I may have to put up the 5's and switch to 3's!
  • I bought the Shred on Friday night and tried day 1 on Saturday morning. I wasnt able to do the workout Sunday due to my schedule but I am STILL feeling Saturday morning! (kinda like it since it means I was doing something right. :happy: ) I am def. trying the suggestions you all have made on the thread going forward!…
