I'm in! Goal is 100 miles for August. I'm tracking via Excel spreadsheet so I can track the days where I don't get as much mileage and need to amp it up a little. 08/1 = 3,155 steps/1.44 mi 08/2 = 4,991 steps/2.28 miles

Hi, I'm 5'10, currently 179.5 and my goal weight is 145. I've went down to 119 on WW a few years ago but I looked awful. 145 was a good weight for me, so that's what I'm hoping to go down to.

On my last job, the team was 'forced', yes forced to eat lunch every Wednesday together. There was no excuse deemed worthy enough for not eating together. They would cater food (which I appreciate - it was a nice gesture). But, I'm not a toddler, and I eat what I want, when I want. Everything they ordered was full of fat…
