I wouldn't count it as water either because it's simply not water. Tea and coffee, however, I do count as water.

I'm 5'4" but just barely! 23 years old SW/HW: 213 CW: 211 GW: 245-ish My original goal was 130 but my mom is also about 5'4" and recently lost about 35lbs. She is now about 140/135 and is almost too skinny but still wants to get to 130. I'm sticking with 145 and seeing how I feel there.
