Not milk chocolate, but most dark chocolates I have found are vegan. Ingredients list on the package will confirm. Dark chocolates taste better anyway! I agree. Seitan is a great source of protein. One cup is 50-60 grams of protein. I mix it with black beans, red pepper and a salsa.
