Hey, I'm late to this April Goal Party for 50+ ers..... My Goals: 1. Get real and log all food & drinks I ingest! 2. Exercise 3. Yoga Stretches & Stay Positive 4. Need to get some inspirational friends on MyFitness Pal to keep me real! :smiley:

Wow, an amazing group I see here! I'm late and a novice to the cycling scene, but here goes: I rode: 7-1 14.99 mi. - 15.0 mph 7-4 13.52 mi. - 13.9 mph 7-14 20.58 mi. - 13.7mph Total so far.... 49.09 miles for July At this rate, I'd maybe luck to get 100 miles in this month. I'll keep pedaling tho! :smile:

I'm up for the August Walking Challenge! I walked 6.28 miles yesterday, and today I had 13,731 steps on my Fitbit (I wore it on my shoe as I biked 30 miles today! ) - this was a breakthrough for me...hadn't made it to 30 yet on my road bike...wonderful day & great feeling!:happy:

I'm sorta new on this site, new to using the food log now! Haha!...looking for friends to motivate me. I enjoy cycling, lifting weights(not super heavy), spin class, walking, being active....dislike logging my food, because I love food & craft beers! Help! Haha!:flowerforyou:

I'm looking for motivation pals! I like exercise and data on Map My Ride and Fitbit apps, but need encouragement in figuring out this portion control and diet side of my fitness journey. I'm making it priority to log my food on this site, but need friend accountability out there. Anyone in same boat?
