If you're not watching macros, then yes you can do this. I do, & it works for me. I can't imagine eating the exact same # of cals every single day. This method is kind of like "zig zagging". You can search for it on here if you want to know more about it.

I am the exact same way. I'm going to start adding my food in the night before & ONLY eat what's in my diary (except for the occasional last minute switch if I don't really know where were going for dinner, etc.) Hoping this will help!

I'm pretty much on the same schedule. I'm a stay at home mom & I live around my 16 month old's schedule (except I have insomnia so I usually go to sleep around 4am & wake up around noon). Hasn't bothered my weight loss as long as I stay within my calories.
