  • Hey! SW: 230 lbs CW: 239.9 lbs GW: 130 - 145 lbs I'm an active member and always looking for new workouts. Currently I am doing C25K and strength workout that my friend made up for me. I have noticed that since I started running I have gained 10lbs which must be muscle? haha I hope anyways! :happy:
  • I'm on W6D1 for about a week now. I can make it the first 10 minutes and then the 3 minute walk, but trying to make it through the second 10 minutes has been a killer! I refuse to quit trying though. I think by Friday I should have it completed!! :smile:
  • Hi everyone. I just ordered my shape kit and waiting for it to arrive. I want to try the challenge after seeing so many people get results and I also needed to find a way to add more fruit and veggies to my eating habits anyways!
