Thats a great question. Its getting pretty nasty and hot out so I will be taking it to the treadmill. Thats probs the best solution.

Probably everything making its way out.

I would say around 200 calories per hour because you are not really getting your heart rate up. You could always wear a heart rate monitor that counts calories.

I started it in September. I can now run about 5 miles non stop. I love it. Go for it!! :D

The perfect breakfast for me is no breakfast. I always go over my cal limit when i eat breakfast.

I would say try an every other day approach and do yoga in between.
