Congrats on the baby! I had mine 4 weeks ago..I actually lost 19lbs during the pregnancy, I only gained 6lbs but he weighed 7lb 14! Im still wayyyy off my goal though, have about another 150lbs I want to lose.. Good luck with it, I only started a week ago and have lost 1lb so far, start as I mean to go on! Any friends…
