This is me! I am getting back on the wagon, slwly but surly.. FUNNY how once I started eating bread/carbs again I started feeling like total unmotivated crap! I swear, I love bread.. but it's the devil.. So excited to start over. I love how I feel after a good day of eating clean and working out.

I don;t think it's muscle, I still work out. It could be water though. I take water pills and drink non stop!

Thank you. It's been SO hard.. I just need to keep focused!! All these PUMPKIN flavored goodies out there got the best of me.. GOOD THING I don't care for gingerbread, or I would be doing this for 2-3 more months! LOL. Yes Maybe it's the same concept.. I just feel bigger.. it sucks! I'm done and over it!
