When you go to "Add Food" under you food diary you should see a tab that says "Meals". It should be under there.

I have to eat small meals. It helps. :-)

I have a Fitbit and it syncs my steps with MFP with how many calories are burned and let me know I could have x extra amount of calories because of my activity. When I log my water intake on MFP, it shows on my Fitbit as well.

Was here 3 years ago and was making great progress and then life happened. :( I'm back and ready to do this for real this time. I'm early 50s so I'm a little discouraged, but motivated. I would like to lose 40 lbs.

I am a size 14 in the US, but would be 16 in the UK and 44 in France. It's all based on the ISO standards for the area. The UK, the US, and the European Union all have different clothing standard sizing.
