Walk at lunch time. Walking is great exercise. Although it may not burn as many calories as a fitness DVD type workout, at least you are doing exercise. Even if you can only fit in 20 minutes a day, during your lunch, it's still a start! Once you get started, exercise will become more of a priority in your daily schedule.…
