I totally know what you mean! My grandpa is always shoving snacks and desserts in my face when he sees me because he thinks I'm not eating or something! Oh well, people can think whatever they want about my weight loss but I know I'm doing it the healthy and long-lasting way and that's what matters.

I felt really sore for the first 3-4 days, but after that it went away. I mean while I was doing the squats I still felt it quite a bit, but later that day or the next it wasn't a problem. My muscles just weren't used to be worked out that much, but they got used to it quick! Haha

I got my favorite one at Macy's.
