  • Thanks for the info. I could use all the help I can get right now. I have been dieting and walking/exercising since sept.1 and have lost 30 lbs so far. I say so far because the goal is 50 lbs...not 30 and now I am in a bit of a slump. I will try to make the extra effort to do more physical activity even when not working…
