  • Crunches wont get rid of your tummy. You have to do cardio in order to lose fat. Try aerobics that are based on losing the stomach fat. Aerobics really get your heart rate up which burns fat. Jillian Michaels has a really good workout DVD called 6 Week 6 Pack.
