create a recipe: log all the ingredients (i then weigh the finished product and call every 100g one portion so when you then weigh the soup into your bowl you know how many portions to use) - hope this helps

yes! oxo cubes are the answer for me :-) i know they have salt etc but something has to give - and lots of cups of hot water (luckily that comes without any undesired side-effects)

firstly - sorry to hear about your friend and the complete loss of motivation I sometimes think that when the mojo is missing it's best to just get on with it and do whatever needs to be done anyway - eventually you will start seeing the rewards again. also think how your friend would feel if s/he know you about to give up…

I'm normally a cyclist but would really like to be able to do 5k runs as it'd be easy to do anywhere, anytime... So day two of week one ct5k :-)
