I am getting my results from my latest A1C today. For the past 2 years it has been between 5.4-6.5. I am hoping for a 6.2, I am trying to keep it not too high but not too low. My goal is to lower my overall body fat to be more toned. I also am a Type 1 diabetic and my dream is to become a CDE and a personal trainer so I can help other diabetics reach there own health goals.

I use my smart phone to workout. I have a yoga app, I use you tube, I have workout trainer app, i also put Zumba music to dance too on pandora. Working out is easier this way for me.

Well I know from personal experience as a type 1 diabetic that if my blood sugar runs too high I get crazy hungry. Also if I go low I could probably overeat easily. Perhaps it is blood sugar changes?
